Giving up smoking- men and women should give up smoking habit to lead a healthy life. Tensions, stress and worries lead to smoking. Within one year of quitting from this habit the chances of having a stroke drops by almost half and the heart becomes much stronger.
Healthy eating- the excessive work pressures leave one unchecked with good eating habits. One usually skips meals or gorge on excessive food. Healthy eating habits with juices and good amount of water will keep the entire system working properly.
Good sleeping pattern- the best way to relax the body is to get a good sleep. It de-stresses the mind too. All the negatives issues are shut. Everyone should get good six to seven hours of sleep for the brain and body to take rest. By doing this only, the body can function efficiently. Insomnia can lead to fatigue and high blood pressure.
Be positive- healthy mind has a healthy body. Negation all around will lead to unwanted stress. By being cheerful with positive outlook one can have great impact on mind, body and soul.
