Are you suffering from TATT?

TATT is the latest syndrome which most of the people complain with. Well what is TATT? If one feels exhausted all the time and there is a strong feeling on not getting enough sleep even after sleeping throughout the night then, the person may be suffering from TATT. TATT stands for Tired All The Time syndrome. Though it may sound placid, but it may affect the way the body functions and you work, in an immense way.

Even research suggests that one out of ten people complain about this and they may be suffering from TATT syndrome. The woman are most likely to be affected then the men. It’s due to the fact that a woman has to do multitasking and it therefore takes toll on her health. Thus, one can say that a busy hectic life comes with side effects. But in most people case is a good rest in the form of good night sleep and the condition may be cured.

But in some cases the fatigue takes a gigantic form and becomes chronic. This affects the quality of life too. Experts in such cases suggests the person suffering from this syndrome to maintain a log book of all the activities he/she does and to mark the point which tires them the most. The doctors after studying their activities closely and analyzing it come to some conclusion.

In fact TATT is not a new problem. Sometime ago the CFS (Constant Fatigue Syndrome) was making ripples and was related with devastatingly fatigued cases. In this the fatigue is so much that it becomes difficult even to get out of bed and the person suffering from it complains with fever, weakness in muscles and headache. The milder version of this condition could be called as TATT.

Even doctors feel that a lot of mystery surrounds this syndrome and it needs special attention too. Though the causes are not specific it could be due to numerous factors like, physical, emotional, lifestyle related etc. thus in today’s context this syndrome has become quite common. On of the major causes is insufficient sleep and the best remedy is to get minimum of eight hours sleep. The sleeping quality as well as the quantity matters here.

Dietary factors further increase the woe. Not staying hydrated properly, intake of caffeine, unbalanced diet, untimely meals are other factors. Hence it’s important to make change in the lifestyle and exercising should become a part of everyday routine.
