Use the same products that you use on your face on your neck
The skin that is present on your neck is the thinnest on the body requiring more care than the face. As a result you can easily use the same skin care regime as you are using for your face on your neck too. But make sure that you do not pull or push the skin too much. The delicate skin can wrinkle and sag due to too much massage pressure resulting in a premature sagging neck that looks really bad with time. Tap the cream that you are using on to the skin of your neck and then massage it in with small round movements. Try to limit yourself to round motions or even upward motions that will ensure that the cream is pushed into the skin of your neck without stretching it unduly. Try to limit the number of times you clean your faces to make sure that you do not unnecessarily remove the oil from the skin.
Massage your skin with gentle motions
Make sure that you hold your neck high and straight. A bent over posture is one of the reasons why your neck skin starts to sag resulting in a wrinkled neck. You can then start to use neck exercises that will tone up not only your facial muscles but your neck as well. Start by breathing slowly and then bring your neck to rest down on your chest. Then raise your head and bend it as far backward as possible. Repeat the process for ten reps and then rest. You can also start by breathing deeply and then turning your neck as far as possible to the right and to the left to stretch and release the neck muscles as much as possible.
There are home remedies too that can be used to tighten the neck muscles and to whiten dark folds on the neck. But if you care for your face well then caring for your neck skin should not be difficult.
