If you have consistent pain in your joints and your movement is restricted then you are suffering from arthritis. You may also feel swelling, tenderness and a warm feeling when touched. Do it under the guidance of a trainer. He can include exercises which help to build denser bones and strengthen the muscles. Make sure, you add yoga postures in your exercises routine. These poses can increase muscle tone and flexibility.
Try to control your weight. Over weight and obese individuals are at greater risk of arthritis. Make sure you eat a balanced diet, maximizing your intake of whole foods and minimizing the intake of refined and packaged foods. Eating oily fish reduces the risk of developing rheumatoid arthritis. Vitamin A and D help prevent this major bone related problem. Vitamin D is chiefly obtained form exposing the skin to sunshine.In fact, sunlight is an important factor in preventing arthritis. Moreover, your diet needs to be alkaline in nature. Refined foods, aerated water, red meat should be avoided. Drink a lot of water it can act as a lubricant to your joint and excrete fluids from your body.
Develop awareness about your joints and a need to keep them flexible and strong. Learn to relax your muscles as tense muscles can bring stress to the joints.
