Back Pain And Its Causes
Sometimes with other regular ailments like flu or fever most of the people complain of body ache. Sometimes other parts of the body like the legs or the back aches instead of entire body pain. It is one of the common problems with which most of us relate to; hence it should be treated properly.
Approximately 98% of the people suffer from this problem on account of improper body postures. These bad habits include, slouching, hunched back, sitting on the computers for hours without correct posture, bending in incorrect manner, obesity, deficiency of calcium, lack of exercise, pregnancy and overweight, poor diet etc.
From the above mentioned causes pregnancy and menses cause the problem in natural way. Rest the reasons are caused by themselves. One can correct this condition with basic practices and little care. Medicines do ease the condition but it is better that it should be avoided in the long run. See that you walk in appropriate posture. Especially, while running, sitting or working on computers. Just breathe and concentrate on breathing rhythm. Try top relax. But the best way to treat this condition is with stretches.

People as young as 35 yrs of age complain of back pain. It has been estimated that most of the adult population in later stages of their life will complain with back ache. One of the major reasons of back problems is stressed lifestyle. The muscles gets stressed, injuries either internal or external, depression, anger are other reasons.
Our back is a complex structure. It can easily cover any stress related problems underneath. The human spine is the back bone of the entire body and is highly complicated.

While you cough or sneeze the pain increases. Or numbness is experienced in the back; it further travels down towards the limb. Under extreme pain the sleep gets disturbed.
