1. Almonds- they contain healthy mono saturated fats. It lowers the risk of heart diseases. It keeps the skin plump by preserving the skins lipid structure. Eat them whole.

2. Blue berries- it helps in destroying the free radicals and helps in keeping wrinkles away. They are also full of photo nutrients which support veins and skins vascular structure.

3. Broccoli- it is very good for heart. As it is loaded with foliate it also protects against cancer. Being a high fiber food it cuts the risk of bowel cancer.

7. Citrus fruits- all citrus fruits are full of collagen building vitamin C. it helps body to fight against bacterial infections.

8. Onion and Garlic- you may loose friends by eating onion and garlic but they also boost good cholesterol and thin your blood. They also have anti inflammatory properties.

9. Sweet Potato- This root vegetable is loaded with proteins and potent antioxidants. It helps stabilize blood sugar levels and lower insulin resistance; it’s the perfect anti-diabetic food.

10. Avocado- They contain oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat that lowers cholesterol and promotes supple skin.
