To improve your eyesight, you need to eat Vitamin D rich foods such as salmon, cheese, egg, fish oil etc.
Eating cucumber is good for your overall health but you can apply raw cucumber externally to beautify your eyes. First chop cucumber in round pieces. Close your eyes and place cucumber pieces on them. Leave it there for 10-15 minutes. If you do it regularly, it will not only give strength to your eyes but will also prevent dark circles and wrinkles around your eyes.
Take proper care of your eyes if you have to sit for a long time in front of computer. Keep blinking your eyes after reading one sentence or after writing two three words. Some people keep watching the computer constantly, without blinking their eyes for a long time. This puts strain on your eyes and harms them.
