Bladder Problems And Painful Sex In Women
Bladder problem:
Out of every three females, one suffers from bladder problem. Vaginal child birth and over weight aggravates it. Due to weak pelvic muscles the urge to pass urine often increases although your bladder is not full. To strengthen the muscles that control the flow of urine, do Kegel exercises. They also help when you cough and a little urine leaks out. Sometimes wearing two inch heel also helps as heels lead to tilting of the pelvis that contracts those muscles.
Due to a large baby or a long labor, pelvic organs protrude into the vagina. Obesity, hysterectomy or constipation can also aggravate it. The condition can cause pelvic and back discomfort, painful sex and increased urinary infections. Females need to strengthen the muscles to hold everything up. You can also fix it surgically through a tiny incision in your vagina; a small mesh sling is placed for support.
Painful sex:
Sex is meant to be an enjoyable experience but almost half of the women feel pain during or after sex. Don’t feel shy to bring it in open. There are a lot of remedies for painful sex.
There is nothing to worry if you have pain once in a while during sex. But if it happens again and again then it is a reason of concern. Sometimes lack of vaginal lubrication can cause hurting. For this matter, using water based lubricants can help a lot. As the problem generally happens with women the partner can indulge in foreplay to make her more relaxed. In some cases a doctor’s care is required, if it is due to infection, cyst, uterine fibroid, endometriosis or UTI. The doctor can diagnose the problem by getting certain tests done and prescribe you some medication.
There is no need for you to power through the pain because pain depletes the system and makes other parts of the body suffer.
