Care for the Back
Back is one of the most neglected and ill-used part of the body, but with a little attention and care you can turn it into a fine asset. You can achieve this by following a vigorous routine of exercise, massage and beauty care:
Cleansing:
Keeping the back clean is the first step towards a flawless back. Use a soft bristle back brush or a loofah. Dry scrub your back gently to stimulate blood circulation and get rid of dead skin. Then clean it with mild soap and water. After rinsing your back, dry it carefully. If the skin of the back is oily, apply some astringent or a skin tonic. If it is dry, use a nourishing cream time to time and a bath lotion regularly.
Massage your back regularly:
This also increases the blood circulation and relaxes the back and shoulder muscles. Regular massage will make your back smooth and supple. Make sure the massage is gentle and firm. Clothes:

Exercise:
To improve the look and feel of your back, follow a routine of exercise daily. It will not only trim away the bulges but will also give you a relief from back ache.
