Career Women and Balancing Life

Being a career woman has virtues and banes of its own; it brings gains at one end, though makes one lose out on many vital aspects on the other. Managing the family with kids alongside the job and an intense and workaholic husband is a task only few and far between manages with finesse. There tend to be issues that would need the personal presence more than the money itself, and that’s would be the area where a sense of care and need must be shown.

The husband is doing fine and on the fast track of his career with almost no time for the family; the kids are easy going though, and happily enjoying the schooling days with your slight care just after the 5 P.M. in the evening. And anything can’t be bigger than the family and kids itself, and may be the job has been taken up to support the family financially.

You won’t fulfill all demands on the time, even rising up to few specific seems arduous at times. The job leaves you exhausted, tired and with no time literally to effectively support the family; even the essential needs don’t get their due from your side. The tasks like sending the kids off to school with a proper arrangement, letting them get ready with all things up into their hands and then making up with the time to leave for the job. That’s a bit too taxing for you and taking a toll on you for many reasons.

The life seems to have gone a bit far away from you and having a conversation with husband is now the task even you not remember the date for. But then, these are all for the sake of bringing more fun, joy, means and prospects to the family. You’re not in the pursuit of excellence; the task is to see a better and well-fed family with all needs is fulfilled the way they should be.

It’s tough being a career women and equally fulfilling the needs like a domestic one. No one can make it for both and thus, a strong decision got to be made once there’s a constant demand for you to earn as well as support like a domestic woman.
