Causes Of Asthma
As we all know that our body needs oxygen and as we breathe the air through our mouth and nose, our lungs do their work of passing it to our body, but with that, there is a small inlet tube called the bronchial tube.
which sometimes gets affected by the air due to the narrowing of the tube, or when they get blocked and this is followed by heavy breathing or coughing leading to a Asthma attack in common.
Collection of severe mucus also amounts to the episode of Asthma in people. The causes of Asthma can’t be explained, but from what we do know it is a chronic recurring disease which is caused while breathing impure air in the body. The causes of Asthma are different for people at times. When the passage ways of the air is blocked the person finds it difficult to breathe with air not able to fill the lungs or with mucus in the nose.
Due to this an irritation occurs in the throat leading to coughing. Having an allergy is also linked to Asthma though not in all people but those with a family history are more prone to these attacks.
Some of the trees or weed grains cause Asthma attacks as they are the first to enter the air passage when inhaled. At times due to mental stress the person has a minor attack. Smoking accounts to a greater cause as also does emission from automobiles which are harmful to the person inhaling the fumes.
With the intake of certain medications like Aspirin the chances are more of an episode of Asthma. During pregnancy there are hormonal changes taking place which lead to asthmatic attack. Certain food stuffs or preservatives which contain chemicals also add to this case of an attack in people who are sensitive.
Children are easily affected by Asthma due to infected respiratory sickness which can be of a pattern of symptoms like rapid breathing or prolonged cough and cold. In summary we can now recognize Asthma when it begins affecting the person directly through wheezing, coughing and other respiratory infections and we could adequately control the symptoms at an earlier stage.
