I’m about to try out pueraria mirifica… however i actually have a little doubt in it… what if I stop consuming the product assuming after one year using it?? the effect is it permanent or the consumption have to be ongoing or else the negative effects will show up?

my dad has bad icthyosis, and i also have a mild case of it, his dad had it and his dad before, altho with what i know its more commonly to run down the male gene than females, so i dont know how i ended up with it lol, hope this helped x

hy i had a very very bad experience with a guy who was narcissists .when we first met he was so charming never stopped telling me what hed acheived or what things he had.i thought he was amazng.as time went by he started telling me i was beautiful i didnt need makeup.then he would say he couldnt be with me as i went out at the weekend to a club or pub,so i stopped that.his moods were up and down so much.when he had bought me any gifts he would take them back when we had fell out.he broke my nose trying to wrestle with me to get the laptop back in which he had gave me,he always took back the underwear he had gotton me saying it was for our pleasure and no one elses.

I have been suffering with the occasional redness on my face for a couple of years. My face would look like it was sunburned. I had to cover up with lots of heavy makeup and it felt awful. Finally made the appointment to see my doctor when I couldn’t stand it anymore.
The doctor gave me 2 different perscriptions for gels and ointments. They seemed to work but it took weeks to see any results and my face still had to be covered with makeup to hide the redness. What about the positives of menstruation? Knowing you’re fertile (but not pregnant), heightened arousal (and better sex), clearer or more creative mind, larger/firmer breasts, and generally positive feelings they may associated with menstruation – research shows women with positive feelings towards menstruation are less likely to suffer negative side-effects, brought by both a mental attitude and a willingness to learn rather than feel ashamed by menstruation or restricted by ideas gained through media or family/friends about menstruation.

Inform her of her choices too – most girls only know about tampons or pads, so tell her about menstrual cups, softcups, the differences between say the likes of commercial pads and cloth pads – many of these options are safer, more hygienic and more convenient than the tampons or pads most girls know about. Inform her about her cycle as a whole, if you aren’t sure yourself then learn together, ideally let her know about these things before she gets her first period…

…when she gets her first period celebrate, be it privately or with something she wants like a sleep over or new outfit, make her first period feel special and it sets her up for a more positive attitude towards her periods, and in turn her body, for life.
