Consume raw fruits to gain enzymes
Scientists opine that in order to prevent cancer one should consume lots and lots of fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C and selenium as the major ingredients in their food. The food consumed should also be low in fat content. Hence it is considered that consumption of raw fruits and vegetables thus becomes essential.

And finally do not forget to chew the food properly. Chewing is the best way to release the enzymes that are trapped inside.
