Contraceptive Pills And Breast Growth
Many women wish to have bigger breasts for which they may adopt different methods of breast enlargement such as breast implants and breast augmentation. Since most of these methods produce some side effects and may also carry risk, women want to find out a safe method.
We talk here about another way to increase breast size. The customary use of contraceptive pills has been to prevent pregnancy. But nowadays contraceptive pills are prescribed for some other reasons also. Apart from preventing pregnancy they are also helpful in regulating irregular and heavy periods, and controlling premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), and acne.
When contraceptive pills are taken they may produce a side effect which can benefit women who want bigger breasts. Yes, its side effect is an increase in breasts size. If you use contraceptive pills for increasing your breast size it will generally work but it also depends on two factors viz. the kind of contraceptive pills you use and second factor is the woman i.e. you who uses the pills. Now let us see how contraceptive pills work to produce breast enlargement.
When contraceptive pills are consumed they produce several effects on your body. One of these effects may be increased breast size. Contraceptive pills contain estrogen and progestin hormones. These hormones stimulate the cells in your breast and lead to breast tissue growth. Oral contraception which contains higher levels of hormones is more prone to cause increment in breast size.
Water retention i.e. edema can occur as a result of using contraceptive pills. Water retention may occur especially in the breasts due to which they look bigger and fuller.
Contraceptive pills do their job by suppressing ovulation. When you do not ovulate obviously you won’t produce progesterone and when progesterone production is temporarily stopped levels of estrogen becomes very high. The consequence of this may be enlarged breasts. Breasts may also become sore.
But before using birth control pills for increasing your breast size you must also consider its negative effects. Some prominent side effects are weight gain, irritability, water retention, and drop in libido, complications with serious diabetes cases, and an increased risk of gall bladder disease. Some women may also experience nausea, migraines, and spotting between consecutive periods. Hence it may not be a wise decision to use contraceptive pills completely for the sake of breast enlargement.
