The time of the day that you choose to exercise certainly has an impact on you and the exercise regime that you choose. The morning routine of exercising your body is the best that you could ever adopt. In the morning there is a less amount of insulin in your body. Therefore, you will not need to try really hard to burn the fat in your body as it will be done automatically. Also, when there is less glucose in your body, your body will be able to burn more fat.
Even after you have stopped exerting in the morning, your body will continue in that mode for a long time. This makes it possible for more fat to be burned in the long run. The metabolic rate only drops when you sleep in this case, and not before that.
But there are some controversial findings too and there are researchers who state that whatever time of the day you exercise it does not really matter as long as you get yourself to exercise. That that is the crux of the matter! So long as you exercise, you will lose weight, its that simple!
