Interval exercises: Interval exercises are combinations of fast and slow exercises. These are meant to increase the overall mass of the body. If you practice 5 minutes of fast exercises and 5 minutes of slow exercises, the muscles of the body will be well-toned and will also gain mass. This also works in favor of fat absorption and increases energy.

Squats: Squats concentrate on lower abdomen, hips and legs. These exercises strengthen the muscles and also increase the flexibility of the body by toning up the muscles well.

Pushups: Pushups are the most common exercise. It increases the strength of the body and tones up the shoulders, lower back, hips and trunk. It increases the breath of the chest. There are a variety of pushups one can practice depending on the area of body he’s concentrating on. These include one-hand pushup, knuckle pushup and many more besides the simple pushup.
