Eat As Salad

Papaya Use In Masks
Mask 1
Cut up a ripe papaya and mash in a blender. Now in order to get optimum benefit from the fruit the pores on the skin of your face need to be opened for all the goodness to seep in. To do that boil some water in a pan and when it starts to give off steam profusely remove from the flame and place on a table with suitable protection below the pan.
Now sit on a chair in such a way that your face is in the direct line of the steam. Keep a safe distance to negate heat damage. Place a towel over your head to form into a curtain around you and the steam. Remain so for ten to fifteen minutes.
Put the pan away and use a moist cotton ball to clean away the dirt and grime which have now become prominent due to steaming.Apply the papaya pulp as a mask on your face and leave for ten minutes. You may again sit before the steam to let the goodness of the fruit seep inside the pores better. Now rinse with water and pat dry.
Mask 2
Mash one ripe papaya and mix with oatmeal, one egg beaten and fresh lemon juice. Clean up your face using a moisturizing face wash and apply the paste on your face and neck. Let it remain for ten minutes and rinse. This mask has the property of both exfoliating the damaged cells as well as nourishing your skin thoroughly.
Mask 3
Peel, deseed and cut one papaya in cubes. Mash in blender mixed with almonds and honey. Apply this paste on your clean face and all other spots where there are blemishes or rough skin. Be it shoulders, elbows or knees. Leave it on for as long as you are can. Then clean off using warm water and pat dry.
Mask 4
Another mask can be made using pumpkin with papaya. Peel, cut and deseed both of them and blend in a blender, mix with a beaten egg and then apply on the skin for smooth blemish free look. When applied on the face take care to avoid the eye region.
