Just a little exercise can boost your  body image

Everyone worries about their weight loss. In fact, the skinnier you are the better that you feel about yourself. But there is no need to continue worrying about your body and how you look if you take care of yourself with these few simple body and hair care tips. For example, you can start by following these few simple tips like

Increase your intake of water by taking in at least a liter of water everyday. It’s easy to follow up on the amount of water that you are drinking if you keep a refillable water canteen with you at all times. This lets you know about how much water you have drunk in a single day and how much you need to take in for optimum health. Try to avoid the use of sweetened drinks that will fill you up with hidden calories. The less you have of cola drinks the better for your overall health.

Decrease your plate size. This may seem silly but it does work as all you have to do is make sure that the plate size is smaller for you take up smaller portions to eat. This will automatically decrease the food that you take in and also make sure that you eat only that much food that you want.

Drink water while you are having your meal. This will again decrease your appetite by filling your stomach with water. Water itself has no calories and it will decrease the space in your stomach for food while still making you feel full. Try to include more fresh vegetables and fruits that have a larger amount of water in them. For example foods like watermelon and tomato automatically contain a larger amount of water

Increase the fresh fruit juice that you have. We know that squeezing out your own fresh fruit juice is really cumbersome but it’s really better than having commercially prepared fruit juice that is filled with artificial sweeteners or even hidden forms of sugar. If you do not have the time to get your own fruit juice; just eat the whole fruit for the best effects. And of course they do contain a large amount of benefits in the form of vitamins and minerals.
