Exercises for Sexy Butt
Every woman’s dream is to have sexy butt like Beyonce or J Lo. You might have tried numerous exercises without being sure whether it will work on the hip region. You still might be unsure about other exercises as well. Here are some exercises which will help you in getting bigger booty. Here are the exercises:-
Donkey kicks- Begin with getting on your hands and your knees like a dog pose. Now gently kick the leg back, just like donkeys. The kick should be felt in the back. Do this with each leg in sets of two. Keep the repetitions 20, do alternately with other leg.
Squats- Stand erect keep the legs two feet apart. Clasp the hands together over the head and gently bring the hips down doing a squatting pose. You will feel the stretch in the things and the abdomen area. This is a wonderful exercise to tone and condition the back, hips and thighs.
Lunges- Stand with feet three feet apart. Hold weights for intensity. Bend knees with lower back on floor. Place the heel down and knee over the foot centre. Maintain straight torso and abs. gently push the heel front and get back to original position. Perform in sets.
Hip extensions- Come on hands and knees. Lift one leg so that the makes 90 degree. The feet bottom must face the ceiling, the thigh must be parallel to floor. Keep the neck and back straight. Repeat with the other leg do this in 2-3 sets with 10-15 repetitions.
One leg squat- Stand on a platform. Lift one leg and bend the other leg bring the hips at the back. Push the heel, do it in sets of 2-3 with repetitions of 10-15.
These exercises are believed to be the best when it comes to build healthy glutes. While the leg presses both the horizontal and the vertical ones activated the muscle in least manner. Especially for beginners leg presses are safe as they are controlled. But for dynamic exercises these are the best suggested ones.
