Facials are hit with men too

The first beauty related idea that comes to any body’s mind to relax and unwind to most of us is definitely the facial. Facial is considered the most effective ways of relaxation techniques. Whether it’s a woman who is pursuing her career who wants to reward herself for making and meeting the deadlines meet in the office or it is a regular home maker who wants to take a break form the regular household chores. A facial works in a wonderfully miraculous way. And when the trends are changing then, why should men be, left un-pampered.

Thus men should also not be different from the woman folks. Men are as much in need of pampering as the fairer sex.  Most of the men get a facial done during their work breaks. Some of them even try different type of facial every time. Definitely massage is the favorite part in facial process.

Men have comparatively rough skin then the females. They need not be as tuned to the skin as females usually are, as their skin need is different. There are various types of facial that are available for men. They are priced from Rs 300 to Rs 2000. Apart from the regular kind of facial that removes black heads and white heads, there are some more superior kind that men opt for like the glow facial or the oxygen facial.

In the oxygen facial the face is exposed to a shot of oxygen which makes the skin more receptive to the products that are applied there after. It is beneficial to the skin too. In some facials smoothening masks and tightening masks are used. In some others eye treatment is done. In these the fine lines near the eye and the dark circles are targeted to be removed. These higher end facials are popular among the men of age group of 40-50. The other younger lot who is in their 20’s likes to have fruit facials. In these fruit packs of avocado, strawberries and banana are used.

Some prefer to go for lightening of the skin first by bleaching. The facial should be done depending upon the type of the skin. More and more men are opting for facials and breaking the stereotypes associated with them.  So, who ever may be, facial is hit among both the sexes.
