Do not eat in the dark. Having a candlelight dinner may sound romantic but the truth is that people tend to eat more when there is not proper light. Have your food slowly, chew the food and enjoy what you eat. Dont shut your cravings as this will make you more frustrated, you can eat a small helping of your favorite dessert once in a while. You have to motivate yourself to eat healthy and the right quantity. Rope in the family too. They are your pillars of support and you can lose your extra pounds and the whole family can have a fiber rich diet
