Get Rid of Dark Rings

Dark circles, also known as dark rings, are very common skin problem. It occurs mostly in older people due to aging akin. However young people are also affected by this problem. But you can get rid of dark rings if you give some time for yourself by following some tips given below.

First of all you should know that your body contains water more than anything. Around 70% of your body is water. Your skin needs water most to maintain its elasticity and remain hydrated. Due to lack of water your skin faces a lot of problems such as dry skin, brittle skin, skin rashes etc. Dark circles or dark rings are also caused due to lack of water. Water improves blood circulation which helps a lot in removing dark circles. Water also carries all required nutrients for your skin health thus your dark rings fade away. Water is known best for eliminating toxins from your body; from your blood and from underneath your skin. Thus your skin gets healthy and keeps glowing. Therefore drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.

Exercise is also very beneficial for removing dark circles around your eyes. Exercise too maintains your blood to flow smoothly to all parts of your body. Thus each and every cell of your body receive sufficient amount of blood (oxygen and other nutrients). When the area around your eyes gets enough nutrients through blood, dark circles start fading away. Exercise also removes wrinkles from your face.

You need to eat healthy diet for your skin. Lack of iron and Vitamin E too cause dark rings around your eyes. Therefore your diet should be rich in iron and Vitamin E. Some foods rich in Vitamin E and iron are avocado, olive oil, oatmeal, pumpkin seeds, oysters etc.

Sleep is also important to cure dark rings. People who sleep less are seen with dark rings around their eyes. You must take 8 hours sleep if you want to get rid of these dark rings. Avoid watching TV too much or working on computers constantly. Do not read anything in dim light. Spend some time in doing exercises meant for eyes. Splash water on your face and eyes whenever you feel your eyes tired. You can also apply some creams specially made to remove dark rings.
