Home Remedies for Chest Congestion

Chest congestion due to accumulation of cough is a very common ailment. Pineapple juice: Pineapple juice contains an enzyme which is effective in curing throat and chest congestion. Also drinking a lot of water will help to liquify the mucus and speed up the recovery.
