How Can Stress Develop Wrinkles?
All of us get stressed out with daily work routine. But do you know that excessive stress may lead to untimely wrinkles. It is also harmful for the immunity system of the body and also affects the cardiovascular system and the sleeping pattern.
Here are some ways practiced by which you can bid bye to untimely stress related wrinkles:-
Remember, your entire body needs care. So take time and devote some extra time for the entire body, including your face. Stress alleviating exercises are the best. Brisk walk, jog, aerobics, dance, yoga and meditation will reduce the stress. Avoid binging on junk food. They are the greatest threats in ones healthy routine.
Pamper the body with massage treatment if not weekly then at least once in a fortnight. Hot spa treatment and hydrotherapy works wonders on stressed nerves. Hydrate the body with generous amount of fruits and juices. Drink plenty of water. Water levels are important to be maintained to keep the skin tight and supple. The mind and body will remain clear too.
Avoid putting on heavy make up. Go with the basics. Keep the skin cleansed properly and application of moisturizer and toning after cleaning is must. Use sun block while going out. The food intake should be balanced. Make a chart for your diet and include lots and lots of fruits and vegetables in it. This will give a natural glow to the skin and the skin will appear stress free.
Be happy. You can also join a laughter club for this. “Laughter is a best medicine.” Even good music acts as stress buster. It makes the mind and body relaxed. A good night sleep is also must. Sleep energizes us and one can bounce back with full vitality and vigor after a night sleep. Socializing is also important. Meeting new people will make one happy and by doing this one can lead a stress free life.
