Even the age related damage of eye could be checked, with regular consumption of spinach.

Potatoes- if one wants to arrest the blood uric levels, then it’s better to consume a potato or its skin. The potato peel could be boiled in water, till they become tender. Strain and consume this water to 3-4 times in a day. One could take it in between the meals too. The decoction makes the blood alkaline and lessens the chances of gouts.

Raw potato juice relieves from inflammation and pain, which arouses from gout. Cleaned and washed potato could be made in to juice, consume this juice twice a day before meals. Potatoes assist in maintaining the alkali reserves of the body. They are good natural antidote, when acidity happens with regular usage of drugs and antibiotics.

Pumpkin-pumpkin seeds and sunflower seed are considered rich source of zinc, the other zinc sources. The high content of zinc makes pumpkin correct the problems, related to prostrate glands. One table spoon of powdered pumpkin seeds, if consumed regularly will evade the pain and problems, which are associated with the prostrate glands. The mixture with honey goes well too.
