How To Deal With Leg Problems?

Legs and feet are the hardest working part of the body. In a normal day a woman walks nearly seven miles. Moreover, Shapely legs are a beauty asset and can do wonders for your figure. Remember, whatever the shape and size of your legs, with a little care you can not only make them attractive but also deal with the physical problems they face:

Legs are composed of four parts—the ankle, the calf, the knee and the thigh

Ankles:
An ankle is the joint which connects the leg to the foot. One common problem with ankles is that they tend to swell up. If they are swollen due to tiredness or a long flight, some simple home remedies can help you get rid of it, but if the swelling appears with no apparent reason then you must see a doctor.

Calf:
This is the most scrutinized and exposed part of the leg. You can influence the shape of the calf by toning the calf muscles. Wearing high heels can give a classical club shape. Cramps and varicose veins are two major problems of this region. The main cause of this problem is standing for too long. Taking rest and massaging can help. You can even wear sports stalking.

Knees:
Nobody will rate knees as an attractive part of their body but with a touch of powder and blusher you can disguise its flaws and faults. Knock knees is another problem which makes the legs very unattractive. This can be corrected only by conscious effort and right posture.

Thighs:
Fat thighs are easier to deal with than calf. The only thing is that you need a lot of patience as they are the last part of the body to show the effects of dieting and exercise.

Walking is the best exercise to get a perfect pair of legs. It is also important to know what type of clothes will help you in enhancing the good points. Avoid wearing anything which will draw attention to the negative parts of the leg.
