How To Get A Beautiful Butt?

Bottom is a very functional part of our body but it is a tough part to maintain and keep neat. Women spend a great deal of there time sitting, which leaves there butt in the need for a lot of attention. We have a tendency to ignore problems we cannot see, however, just because we can’t see the problem does not mean others cant either. Your butt can look really ugly (especially in bikinis or swimming costumes) if not taken care of properly. Here are some tips to have a shapely bottom:

1)Sit on a firm chair: If you spend most of your time in a sitting job, sit on a firm chair. Sitting on a soft surface can make the fleshy part of the butt sag and hinders in the development of good muscle control. Even the thinnest person carries enough padding.

2)Don’t wear tight clothing: Don’t wear tight trousers or underwear; it will make the butt spotty. It restricts the blood circulation and causes roughness. Avoid rough materials; if necessary choose one with a soft lining.

3)Pinch your butt: When taking a bath pinch you buttocks, it will help break down the fatty tissues and also help in blood circulation

EXERCISES FOR A BEAUTIFUL BUTT:
Correct exercise will keep your bottom in shape:

Exercise1: This is a lying down exercise:

-Lie face down in the bed with your feet together and your hands by your side and your cheek resting on the bed.
-Keeping your left and right leg perfectly straight raise your left foot as high as is comfortably possible.
Hold for a count of one.
-Lower slowly. Repeat with the right foot. Try to keep your toes pointed as you raise and lower each foot. Repeat for ten times for each foot.

Exercise2: Sitting on the floor with the back straight:

-Another exercise is sitting on the floor with your back straight.
-Point your legs straight out in front of you with the feet slightly apart.
-Fold your arms comfortably in front of your chest. Now walk slowly on your buttocks.
-Continue the walking motion for a count of thirty.

A beautiful butt is an asset, by following a beauty care with an exercise routine you can have a shapely bottom.
