Millions of people worldwide are anxious about their love handles. Love handles are the fat regions at the right and left side of your fat belly button. Love handles not only spoil the attractiveness of your body but also cause a number of health problems.

Love handles are fat deposits above the waist part of your body. Exercise is one of the best measures to get rid of love handles. But half an hour exercise is hardly going to benefit you. 30 minutes exercise is recommended for the normal persons so that he/she can remain fit and prevent obesity. According to the American Heart Association, you need to do cardiovascular exercise for about 60 to 90 minutes or more, daily, if you want to lose weight. You can’t lose love handles alone. You need to lose your total body weight. You have to opt for those exercises which can increase your heart rate with 50 to 80% more than normal.
Activities like walking, running, jogging, swimming, bike riding, dancing, weight lifting, yoga etc are considered very effective for weight loss, which eventually causes you to lose love handles. There are also different kinds of special exercises meant for removing love handles. You can ask some health professionals about it.
But you should keep in mind that only exercise can not help you in this matter. You have to eat healthy diet and avoid unhealthy foods. Eat fresh fruits, green vegetables, low-carb diet, high-fiber diet etc. Avoid sugar and sugary foods, processed or hydrogenated or junk foods, smoking, alcohol etc. Drink at least 10 glasses of water every day.
Apart from exercise and diet, you can also opt for liposuction. Through liposuction, you can get the required result but there is risk involved in it. Hence, you should try to get rid of your love handles through exercise and diet.
