The six packs abs seems to be the in thing as every body wants it to flaunt. Getting a six pack can be difficult task but on top of that maintaining a six pack is even more difficult. The focus should be in loosing that fat together by gaining muscle.
The first and the foremost step is to change the diet. See that instead of three large meals you consume more frequent smaller meals. Maintain to eat more often. This is important to burn calories by improving the metabolism. Monitor the food that you are eating. You should put a check on the calorie intake. High fiber foods, 50-60% of carbs, 20-30% of fats and 20-30% of proteins must constitute your meal. At times you may feel hungry, but this is actually body supplication from water, so keep the body hydrated.
Exercise routine must include cardio for 30-45 minutes. Do this fro 3-5 days in week. Weight training is important session. The entire muscle group must be worked out.
