How To Grow Taller
Height is a very sensitive issue in our society. With some helpful tips you can grow stronger and taller but be aware that (apart from surgery) our height under normal circumstances can only increase till a certain age.
Diet:
A nutritious and a well balanced diet can help increase your height. Your diet should include vegetables, fruits, dairy, cereals and meat. Avoid eating processed fruits or which are high in fat. Intake of caffeine should also be restricted.

It works only during formative years. Human growth hormones can increase an individual height up to five inches. There are many bad side effects related to this therapy, which also makes it very risky.
Limb lengthening:
This is a surgical procedure. A rod is placed inside the limbs, the procedure is very painful and expensive which makes it out of reach to most individuals but you can grow taller up to twelve inches and the height is permanent.
Clothes:
Last but not the least, you can wear elevator shoes to increase your height by few inches or try wearing clothes which make you look taller.
Remember, it is possible to increase the height with some physical, emotional and financial effort.However, If your height does not increase by any means do not be dissapointed. Try your best,but also, learn to accept yourself the way you are.
