How To Keep Your Body Fit
Your health is directly proportional to your body’s fitness. If you are not taking proper care of your body, you will fall sick, time and time again. Here are some great ways of keeping your body fit:
Jogging or Walking:
Jogging and walking are the cheapest and the most wholesome ways of getting fit. They help tone up the muscles of your legs, calves and arms. Moreover, they help relieve stress, create a healthy heart, and improve lung performance. Walking or jogging early in the morning will keep you energetic the whole day.
Dancing:
Yes! You can dance your way to fitness! It really does not matter what type of dance or music you choose as long as you are moving your body. Dancing has long been recommended as a very effective way of toning yourself up.
Tennis:
Tennis is a very vigorous game. Apart from holding the racket and hitting the ball, you really need to stretch and move a lot. Infact, just running after the ball alone will help you tone up. Tennis actually is a great way of strengthening your cardiovascular system.
Swimming:
Swimming helps in all round fitness. It’s the best way to get into shape. Swimming helps tighten the body, lose weight, and get a good overall workout.
Abdominal crunches:
Abdominal exercises help strengthen your abs and provide trunk stability. Your trunk is where all movement in your body originates. The abs help hold up and guard the internal organs and assist in breathing, especially exhaling. Also, these muscles work with the back to control trunk motion, such as twisting and bending.
Squats:
Nothing beats the power of a squat….in men or women. They leave a synergistic affect on your legs, it hits them in a way no leg press or machine can. Hence, putting them in your workout is a very good idea!
