How to keep your feet happy?

Your feet are the most neglected part of the body. While one pays more attention in grooming and taking care of other parts of the body like the face, hands etc, it is often seen that most of the people turn a blind eye to their foot care and maintenance.
Your feet are the most important parts of your body. It is this part on which your whole body rests, hence negligence and laxity will create room for problems in the long run. Here are some ways suggested to keep you feet happy and pampered.
- Pedicure or foot bath twice a week is a must. Rejuvenation is vital with a blend of Epsom salts, cleansing agents in enriched with vitamin A and E, scrubber with goodness of aloevera is mandatory. Let the feet relax and remain soaked for a good 15-20 minutes. Scrub it gently to remove all the dead skin cells. Wash, pat dry and finally freshen and moisturize the feet with a branded cream.
- The nails should be trimmed. Among females try to push the cuticles back, gently by rubbing the cream. Pumice stone is best recommended for removing hardened dead skin. This is done to make the moisturizer penetration easily into the skin. The results could be observed in couple of weeks.
- Every night before going to bed make it a practice to moisturize the foot. Specifically formulated foot cream should be used. They increase the chances of skins regeneration process in a natural way. An old cotton sock can be worn for better penetration of cram into the skin.
- Pamper the feet monthly once with special treatment and massage therapy exclusively for foot. Nothing is better then a reputed spa or an uptown beauty clinic. Finally get a pedicure done.
- Shoes are the most significant element in foot care. The shoes should be snug and fit correct size. Improper sizing may lead to bunions and calluses. Avoid wearing high heels wherever it is possible. Flat footed shoes are considered the best.
By practicing these ways one can keep away from foot woes.
