How to Lighten the Skin in Natural Way?

Use sun block- it is the best and the handy way to remain fair. Just ensure you dab generous amount of sun block over the face, arms, neck and legs. The moisturizing sun block lotion should have SPF 15+; ensure that you use it every day after washing your face. A sun block prevents the harmful UV rays from penetrating the skin, which can lead to numerous skin condition and aging.
Exfoliation- make sure that you exfoliate once or twice weekly, depending on your skin type and condition. This is important to remove the dead skin cells, the new exposed skin will breathe easily. The skin tone will get lightened and brightened. Another home remedy to exfoliate is mixing 2 tbsp of oatmeal with equal amount of brown sugar in ¼ cup of milk. This mixture should be mixed thoroughly. Now scrub the face with this mixture gently all over and rinse, pat dry.
Mask- you can pick from the beauty mask available in the market or beauty store. Or else you can make your own home made mask that suits your skin type and skin tone. Use it once in a week. Mix 1tbsp of sandalwood paste, lemon juice, cucumber juice and tomato juice in equal portions. Apply over the face, relax and allow it to dry, Rinse and pat dry.
Extract of licorice- the extract from licorice has glubridin. It is a natural skin whitener. Apply thin layer of licorice in the morning and evening. One can find this extract in any health store or online too.
