You can take Vitamin A, E or B-complex as essential oil form or in capsule form. Apart from these, black currant, salmon oil, flaxseed and evening primrose are all known to contain essential fatty formulae and are good for the skin.
If you take care of your skin regularly, even a worn-off skin can start showing positive results.
