Believe it, every single human being has the right to be happy and no one can take it away from them, except for they themselves.

First and foremost, S-o-c-i-a-l-i-z-e, meet your friends, meet new people and work your phone. Talking to people is a therapy and will help you to lift your spirit when you are in a bad mood.
There is an old saying, “You don’t stop laughing when you get old, you get old when you stop laughing”.
Therefore, tickle your funny bone, Watch funny movies. Laughing will not only make you happy but do wonders for your skin. It will exercise the facial muscles that keep wrinkles away.
Furthermore, to be happy it’s very important to express gratitude everyday. You should be thankful for all the good things in your life. Make it a daily ritual. This will help you shift your focus from what you don’t have to what you have. This positivism will make you feel happy.
One very important thing to understand is, people who are happy spend a lot of time working on there key relationships.
If you have a strained relationship with any of your close relatives, work to make it better. It will give you immense satisfaction and happiness.
Basically, be nice to people around you.
Additionally, accept yourself as you are and love thy self. We are always unhappy for the things we don’t have.
For some it could be a beautiful body, for some a flawless skin or intelligence etc .Whatever it may be, in the process we don’t enjoy what we possess.
For instance, you may not have a great body but you might have a killer smile which you just don’t notice.
Be wise and be happy with what you have.
Make peace with negativity. Don’t let it get to you.
