Is Partying Hard Sapping Out The Energy From You?
Festivities and partying are part and parcel of every culture. Socializing, card parties, gorging on goodies become synonymous with party time. People love to party till the wee hours of the morning. It’s a lot of fun to party, but are you prepared for the morning hang ups. Most of us complain feeling groggy and the very thought of hitting your workstation may not be appealing. As partying hard throughout the night has sapped out energy from you, must be wishing for a magic mantra to zap up energy levels. Well all of us will like to get out of the lethargic feeling and will bounce back to work with full level of concentration. Here are some tips suggested:-
It is always recommended to stat the party at the earliest. The invitations could be send out for early start. By this you can wind up early, one can enjoy party as well as get back to their house at decent hour and would be easier to return back to work.
If you have flexibility to work in shifts then instead of going for the 10’o clock shift can opt for the afternoon one that start post 12 pm. It’s okay that you have to stay back at office late for a day or so. It’s good that you can catch up for the party on time and still can have good time to sleep. This suits most of the BPO employees.
Avoid consumption of alcohol or drinks that gives you hangover for the next day. Never ever mix drinks. A hangover will make the matter worse. Ensure that you do not drink in parties even if you do then limit yourself with one or two drinks.
One can take power naps during work too. It works wonderfully. It will refresh you instantly and you will bounce back to work. They are great stress buster too. A little bit of yoga and pranayama will keep you energized for your work.
Even if all these stuff’s fail to work ten a power drink or a sip of green or black tea will keep you rejuvenated throughout the day. Even if you still tired then can make use of your sick leave and head towards home for a tight sleep.
