Most of the people think that heart attack triggers off suddenly but this is not so. There can be signs for days and weeks that specify the problem. Inflammation in the chest.

Heaviness and pain in both the arms.
Pain in the chest radiating into the left or right arm.
Other associated symptoms:
Sweating.
Breathlessness.
Palpitations.
Sometimes these associated symptoms may not present. The personal history of the person matters much, if he is a smoker, diabetic or has abnormal blood pressure.
Its better to seek the help of the cardiologist and get treatment at the earnest. With early detection and treatment damage could be arrested at previous stage. And one can have better chances of survival. Early detection helps in dispersing the clotting with medication or angioplasty. A medical insurance always comes in handy, as the treatment of cardiac related problems is relatively very expensive.
