Long Term Hollywood Relationships

David and Victoria Beckham:
They started dating in 1997 by going on low-keyed dates. Driving around, talking, going to the movies etc. They talked a lot on the phone. David and Victoria were married on July 4, 1999 at the gothic Luttrellstown Castle, Ireland. They have seen their share of ups and downs like any other married couple but their love for each other has only grown stronger. They did not give up on their marriage. In fact, David Beckham once quoted “”People can say what they like. But me and Victoria will always stay together as husband and wife.”

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith:
Will and Jada first met in 1995 when she auditioned for the role of Will’s girlfriend on “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” show. Their secret wedding was held in Baltimore at the Cloisters Mansion. A lot of couples look up to Will and Jada whose relationship has stood the test of time. Here is what Will says when asked about his marriage–”With Jada I stood up in front of God and my family and said, ’till death do us part’. Divorce cannot be an option … I honestly believe there is no woman for me but Jada. No-one can handle me the way she does … Once you feel someone locked in on you, it’s no contest. This is it. I can’t imagine what anyone else would offer.”

Courtney Cox and David Arquette:
David Arquette and Courtney Cox met on the set of Scream; they were married soon after on June 12, 1999. David believes that his top priority is to be a good husband. The couple has figured out that the key to happiness is getting time for just the two of them. They spend a lot of time together.

Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell:
This couple has been together since 25 years but they have not tied the knot. Goldie says that, their relationship is so strong because they are not married. In her book Goldie has written, “Swing Shift was a bitter experience, but without it I might never have met Kurt. He is the love of my life and we’re now one of Hollywood’s longest-established couples”.

Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson met on the set of the television comedy “Bosom Buddies”. They were married on April 30, 1988. The couple has two children. They have been together since twenty years and are still going strong.
