The Weighted Step Up for the Quadriceps and Hamstrings:


Stand straight in front of a raised platform with appropriate weight on the back of your shoulder and put one foot on to the platform. Widen the hip and knee of the raised leg and place the both feet on the platform. Stand down with the second leg and repeat the position.

In case of these weight trainings remember, if you are a beginner don’t try to perform these exercises without any professional guidance and don’t start taking up high weights until your body reaches the ideal fitness level.

Do Cardio:


Go for high intensity cardio like martial arts, kickboxing, spot jumps, stair runs that allow you to reduce the calories, stay healthy and fit that too without any machine workout.

Stretching is a vital way to get that perfect, slick and firm pair of sexy legs and we all know nothing can be better than a Yoga session for the stretching. Besides making your legs strong it also helps you to keep healthy and fit from inside.
