Making a Good Impression on Your Date

All of us want to make a good impression on people; especially on a date. Often than not we fret about the outcome of a date and worry about what our impression was on him. There are some things we should always maintain in order to leave a good first impression on a date.

First of all, keep your self confidence at an all time high. If you feel confident, you’ll look it. Also, sit straight and don’t slouch. Sitting straight will give you an air of alertness and confidence.

Wear what you are comfortable in and not something that’ll make you self-conscious. You wouldn’t want to be stiff or fidgety on a date. Don’t go for uncomfortable clothes because you want to look hot. If you are comfortable in your skin, clothes are not something that would grab his attention.

Don’t go on rattling tales about yourself. Let him know you instead of letting him know yourself. Nobody likes people who sing their own tales.

Give him a sincere compliment. Notice what he is wearing and tell him if he looks good in that particular shirt. Men take pains to dress up or look good too, so let them have the satisfaction. It also shows that you noticed him.

The important thing is to enjoy being there. Be easy to talk to and also listen to him when he talks. Don’t interrupt him when he’s talking and also ask questions to show that you are taking an interest in what he is saying. Don’t whine or complain on a date. That gives out negative vibes. Find out what his interests are and see if yours match.

Flirt a little. A little flirting always helps. It will show him that you are interested in taking it further. Sit with your legs crossed towards him and your hands uncrossed. Look into his eyes when he talks.

When the date’s over and he comes to drop you off, say thank you for the date. You should always keep your manners in place; it goes a long way.
