Personal Empowerment In Relationships

How successful are you in relationships? Do you interact well with people? Do people trust you and confide in you? How well you relate with others depends on how well you relate with yourself. How is your level of self esteem? Do you have self confidence and the courage to face difficult situations in life?

When you see someone with high self esteem, in a respectful position you automatically tend to respect that person. People will respect you if you have respect for yourself.

If you lack confidence in yourself you will find that people will be aggressive and try to dominate you and put you down. Take this in…people are able to sense your body language and behavior and will reflect it back in the way you behave.

When you are empowered and exhibit a strong personality, people will treat you the same way, resulting in stable relationships.

You will often notice that you see in others qualities that you do not like in yourself. When you do not love yourself you’ll find that others do not love you too. If you do not have confidence in yourself, others will not have confidence in you.

When you do not believe in yourself, trust yourself you begin to seek assurance and validation from others. Because of this people will distance themselves from you.

You will be insecure and want people to keep encouraging you, reassuring you and that will lead to strained relationships. Instead empower yourself from within. Between couples it is always important that each of you respect yourselves for who you are and that will help you love and respect each other.

Trust in yourself first then your partner will surely trust you. Never undermine your abilities or feel inferior to your partner even though she is earning more than you or probably more educated.

You are a unique being, believe that you can do wonders, be self confident and take that confidence in your relationship. When you are empowered your partner will automatically love and respect you and you will be able to have a satisfying relationship.
