Few individuals work harder and with great intensity every time they get down to work. They even skip taking lunch, dinner etc and keep themselves busy with their work. Once the workaholic warm gets inside, the life then becomes an endless chase for those plagued with this pretty specific warm. Work, work and only work!!!
Do you feel like missing out anything as soon as you move out of the work? Do you find it hard to stop mid-way through the work? And once you always crave for doing work with these symptoms in tow, then surely the warm of workaholic has crept inside you.
Energized while working
Do you feel afresh every time the work calls you or an increased energy flows inside once the work nears you? And with energy level going up and you feel motivated, it suggests that you are a workaholic.
No relaxing at all
If you still busy with the work while the colleagues and other get out to have coffee or tea and you even delay the lunch, then it also indicates of your being a workaholic.

This might not be the case with all, but surely a majority of those engaged in intense work smoke intensively. Being a workaholic would tempt to ward-off the fatigue in the quickest possible way, and smoking would then be the last resort.
