The most difficult area to clean is the back of the teeth. Most of the plaque is stuck there and is difficult to clean. The gum and the teeth area is the worst effected. People in most of the cases brush only the smile area or the visible part and brush fast when it comes to cleaning the inner area of the teeth and mouth. Brushing twice is mandatory. It checks that no more food is stuck in the teeth, especially in gaps.

Use proper kind of brush. It should be soft and must reach all the sides. The bristles should be of superior quality and the surface must be rounded. Hold the brush gently, this will produce lesser gum abrasion and leave the gums cleaner and healthy.
