The best and worse foods for your sex drive
It’s not easy carrying through your daily life. In an effort to get through with day to day life men and women experience a common side effect: a diminished sex life and a weak sex drive.
Most of the time couples don’t have the energy for sex and then they are so tired after a full days work and household work that they can’t really work up enough energy to get through the day. Asparagus appears to have a physical similarity to a male body part that carries out sex but it is also rich in vitamin E that can boost the production of sex hormones.
