Posture:

Bending the shoulders forward in an attempt to make large breasts seem smaller only succeeds in drawing more attention to them and making the body fall into an aberrant hideous shape. Instead, keep your back straight and shoulders stiffened. It will make you look taller.

While sitting make sure you keep the top half of your body straight and the stomach in. Make an effort to rectify any tendency to slump. This will lift the breasts from the rib cage, giving them firmness.

Support:

Because our breasts are only supported by the pectoral muscles, extra support is a must. Women who have heavy bust should never go without a bra. It makes the bust sag. The main thing to remember while buying a bra is to take your time and give yourself plenty of choice. You can also take the help of an expert. Women with smaller breasts should choose a bra that gives an upliftment which forms a cleavage.

Exercise and care:

Wash the breast area properly in order to remove sweatiness. In hot climates women with heavy breasts should always wear a cotton bra and use talcum powder, this will help them keep their breasts dry and away from rashes. Massage the breasts gently by finger tips with a cream. This helps to keep the breasts healthy.
Also, to help strengthen the breast muscles exercise regularly. Exercise gives a youthful and firm bust line. Especially, skipping and swimming are great bust improvers.
