You should wear clothes in which you feel comfortable and confident. If you are unable to decide what to wear on your first date, better wear formal dress. Later on you can wear casual dress.

Make sure that your mouth doesn’t smell. Many people leave bad impression due to their bad breath. Wash your teeth and tongue nicely. It is better to gargle with some mouthwash before you go to meet your date. Your nails should be well trimmed. Ensure that you are not late. If you have fixed to meet in any restaurant, reach there on or before time so that you can greet and welcome her on her arrival. In this manner you can impress her.

Ensure that when you are meeting her there is no eatable thing in your mouth. Many people have the habit of chewing something to overcome their nervousness. If you want to chew something, make sure that you clear your mouth before she arrives. If you are waiting for her in any restaurant, get up and move ahead to receive her when you see her coming. This will give her good feeling. Don’t keep sitting on the table.

Do some homework. You should know what she likes, and what her favorite food is. When she meets you, present her some gift. This will pleasantly surprise her and make her happy. While giving orders, give her preference in choosing. If she looks confused you can give order of her favorite item.

This will surely impress her. Make sure that you pay the bill. Don’t make the mistake of allowing her to pay the bill. In exceptional case, if she has to pay the bill, borrow the money from her and pay the bill yourself assuring her that you will return her later on.

Don’t talk anything serious on your first date. Your conversation should be of her interest. Try to make the atmosphere light with some humor. Avoid asking her too many questions. Finally, you must say that you enjoyed and forgot all your worries when you were with her. This will make her feel important and worth and she would like to meet you again.
