It is monsoon season. One of the pangs of the monsoon season is with make up among the females. The main problem is being worried about the make up getting washed away.
Well here are some tips suggested, that will keep you blooming even in a rainy season.
- Avoid wearing heavy and dense makeup. By subtlety, the chance of being smudged or being washed away can be evaded. Always put on light or sheer makeup.
- The base is always essential to camouflage the face flaws. Avoid heavy foundation. Just a hint of here and there, will do the trick. A water proof light concealer is the best.
- Creams is a big no no, as it can get dissolved from the face. Just top the concealer with a face powder. Great tinted, compacts are available in the market. They are easy to carry in your hand bag.
- Not all the eye shadows look good in this season. Some may, but some may not. Try natural, muted shades.
- Heavy eye make up should be avoided. If still you want to go with one then opt for water proof mascara and eyeliner. You will not experience any smudging throughout the day. Never ever put on a kajal or soorma.
- Always keep your make up remover in purse. You may not know when you will need it the most. Instead of the regular eyebrow pencil, go for creamy filler.
- For cheeks, a natural shade in tones of pinks for fair people and oranges for dusky complexion is recommended. Light creamy textured ones are the best. It keeps the look natural and fresh. The blush also remains protected from streaking.
- Lip sticks must be long stayed ones. Avoid the strong or hard shades. They tend to appear flaky after sometime.
Finally, always invest in a good quality branded products.
