Lifestyle choices have a lot of influence on our health. Late night parties or night duties, watching late night shows on the television or being on internet till wee hours, this all leads to sleep deprivation, causing many health problems like acidity, shallow skin, dull hair and sour eyes. Here are some tips to combat the late night after effects-

Drink lots of water to flush out toxins. It also keeps the skin moistened. Don’t drink alcohol too much. As it acts like a diuretic which makes our body dehydrated. Keep sipping water in between your drinks. This will help you consume less alcohol.

Eat lots of fruit, vegetables and sprouts. Add coconut water and juices in your diet. Eat light snacks if you are hungry late at night. Never go to bed empty stomach. Take supplements like B complex, vitamin C, omega 3, fatty acid. Take a light diet during day time.

Exercise for 30min at least four days a week. Aerobic and deep breathing exercises not only help fighting fatigue but also help in bringing out a glow on your face. It also deoxygenates blood cells under eyes.

Go for a facial massage or an aromatherapy. Apply vitamin C enriched cream for revitalizing the skin. You can even use under eye gels and night creams to remove wrinkles caused due to late nights. Go for eye-rejuvenation. It is a procedure that erases eye puffiness or nasolabian fold treatment, which involves recon touring of the sunken face. It gives the youthful look and makes one look 10 to 15 years younger.

Make up- you can cover dark circles with the correct concealer. Apply cream with vitamin C to revitalize the skin. Apply shimmer, it can make you look fresh. You can even use collagen lip balms to plump up lips and smooth away lines. But remember make up is temporary and a camouflaged. It is a remedy but not a cure. To bring a glow to your skin you need to have a balanced diet with lots of liquid, exercise and eight hours of sleep.
