Another way to remove the fat is surgically. But before opting for this one has to go sessions of discussion with the doctors and to understand the pros and cons before going for one. Basically there are three types of surgical process first is by banding of the stomach. The second way is through liposuction and the third way is by gastric bypass. One should keep surgical method as the last options. It is basically for those who have persistent weight issues and who weigh more than 100 pounds.
