People who are below 25 years of age are still in the process of growth. You can make most of this time and can implement numerous things to increase the height and speed up the process. The first and the foremost thing is to take care of your diet.

With puberty the growth plates get lengthen and by the end of puberty the growth rate slows down, this may vary among individual. The greatest advantage of exercising is that it works on the hormone HGH (human growth hormone) which is responsible for growth. With more release of HGH the growth gets speeds up. Some of the exercise that helps in increasing the height are yoga, stretches, jumping, hanging bars, sprinting etc. One should be very careful with exercise regime as one can grow taller, keep the metabolism work faster and remain healthier.
